The classic side dish for Mexican food and fajitas.
Ingredients
2 tomatoes
½ red onion
½ lime, juiced
Ground sea salt
1 red chilli pepper (optional)
Method
- Finely chop the tomatoes and remove the white.
- Finely chop the red onion.
- If adding the red chilli pepper, cut, deseed and chop.
- Add all the ingredients together with the lime juice and season with salt and pepper.
